Lonnie’s appreciation for the outdoors made his decision to serve as the Chairman of Hunters’ Management Group an easy one, and his experience was welcomed, as he sits on the Board of Advisors for several privately-held companies in the Midwest.

Lonnie is the Chairman and CEO for EdgeData, and has more than 30 years of diverse experience in the information and communications industries. Lonnie has held a variety of roles throughout his career including CEO, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), acting Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Director of Architecture. He has also engaged with clients in various consulting capacities, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) deployment and network and communications project management.

Lonnie is also co-founder of Involta, an award-winning provider of enterprise-class multi-tenant data centers and end-to-end managed IT services nationwide. Lonnie, still an Investor in the company, has been an integral change agent since inception.

Brady combines technical proficiency in wildlife and land management with instincts honed by a lifetime of hunting and years of habitat site restoration, like 3,550-acre Big Creek State Park in Iowa.

During his time with Big Creek State Park, Brady restored approximately 17 acres of native prairie, assisted in clearing roughly 42 acres of invasive species like honey suckle and autumn olive, seeded with native grasses as well as managed mowing, over seeding and controlled burning.

Brady’s on-the-ground capabilities include GIS, controlled burns, tree felling and clearing invasive species. He holds forestry certifications and a Bachelor of Science degree in animal ecology (wildlife emphasis) from Iowa State University.

Brian Bloomquist

Brian is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to land management. With more than 16 years experience in land management, from hunting to farmland habitats, he’s done it all. Brian has honed skills in brush mowing, trail making, food plots, tree plantings, controlled burns and several forms of quality deer herd management.

He’s a certified Scour Mat Installer, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Inspector and is specialized in many types of seeding. Brian is also an experienced Erosion Control Technician and has completed projects to increase water quality and maximize soil stabilization in a wide range of habitat types.

Brian’s personal mission is to improve and maintain habitats across the Midwest, so wildlife can be better balanced with ever evolving surroundings.

Jason Dykstra

Habitat Specialist

Jason is a lifelong outdoorsman with more than 10 years of land management experience, primarily with whitetail management. He’s one of the lucky ones who has been able to transform a passion for animals and wildlife into a career.

Skills in archery and black water tackle, keen instincts, and deep-seeded principles for growing and harvesting wildlife led Jason to pursue a career in wildlife management. He further expanded his land management background with an associate degree in Parks and Natural Resources and a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Ecology from Iowa State University.
